Basic Computer Class

This event is a basic introduction to computers, tablets, and cellphones. It is intended for people who might say "I'm not too tech savvy" or even "I don't really like those new fangled things, but I guess I should learn a little about them anyway."

Our Emerging Technologies Librarian will prepare a discussion of how to do basic functions associated with modern technology including how to take photos, how to send files, the basics of email, and social media. We invite participants to come with specific questions of what they would like to learn and Dwight will either do a demonstration or find helpful videos and online courses from the resources that the library subscribes to.
