Job posting:  Direct Support Professional/Caregiver
Pay $17.00 per hour! Full-time & Part-time positions available.
12 hour shifts
Every other weekend required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have proof of high school diploma or GED
Must have valid driver’s license for 1 full year, excluding driving permit time.
Must have access to registered vehicle with proof of insurance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
 Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care
coordination preferred
 Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
 Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
 Vehicle:  Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
