Equipment Agreement

This is an understanding between the library and you, to allow you to borrow electronic equipment such as a laptop or tablet using your library card. The agreement will remain effective until either you or the library cancels the agreement.

By checking "I agree below":

  • I acknowledge that by borrowing this equipment, I am responsible for its safe return. 
  • I agree never to leave the equipment unattended or in someone else’s care. 
  • I agree not to use the equipment in any activities that are illegal or that violate the library's policies. 
  • I agree to treat the equipment gently and with great care. 
  • I agree not to take the equipment outside the library building if it is checked out to me as "in-house use only".
