Geneva Branch Manager Ryan Whelpley is a Geneva native and a second-generation employee of the Ashtabula County District Library.  He graduated from Geneva High School and Kent State University, and received a Master of Library Science degree from Clarion State University.  Returning to the position in the fall of 2024, Ryan previously served as the Geneva Branch Manager from September 2017 - September 2021 and served as the Ashtabula Branch Manager from September 2021 - September 2024.
