Summer Reading Challenges are back! We’re using an app called Beanstack to track your reading (web interface works too). You can also get a paper log if you need one from either branch or the bookmobile (in case your access to the internet is less than reliable). Register through any of the links that say “sign up” like the one to the right. If you want to use the app, after you’ve downloaded it search for Ashtabula County District Library to register.
This category is meant to encourage reading together as a family. The unit MUST include at least 1 adult (18 and over) and any number of household members (ages 0 – Grade 12).
Please note that the adult(s) are required to register and complete all entries for this program.
All you do is read and log the titles of each book you finish. Every book title you enter gets you a chance to win the grand prize in your category: a gift card to "Adventure Zone!"
Each time you log 20 titles, you advance another tier and youth under 18 are eligible to receive a small prize. Be sure to visit the library frequently to collect your prizes!
When you've logged 60 titles, you have officially completed your Reading Goal! But keep reading-- you can earn more chances for the grand prize and more rounds of prizes for the youth in your group!
Students entering grades K – 2 in Fall 2024 are eligible for this category. Participants in this category are registered individually.

This challenge is for adults ages 18 and over who wish to read and log their book titles as an individual reader! (Be sure to choose "Adult" when prompted for Grade Level Selection at registration!)
All you do is read and log the titles of each book you finish. Books in excess of 500 pages count as 2 entries--enter that title twice!
E-books and audio books count, too!
Every book title you enter earns you a virtual ticket toward the random draw for the grand prize in this category: a gift card to "Scribblers Coffee Co."
