Every election is important and 2024 is no different. With a presidential election, a senate election, congresspeople, state representatives & senators, judges, local leaders, and ballot issues, it can be overwhelming to wade through all the information. 

Make sure your voice is heard. Between now and election day the page will be updated with important links and information. 

Remaining Early In-Person Voting Hours

All in person early voting for the November 5 General Election will takes place at the board of elections at 8 W. Walnut St. in Jefferson.

The website for the Ashtabula County BoE, the authority working under the Secretary of State to manage elections in Ashtabula County. This site pulls together information from all over the internet and serves as a valuable single stop for information on voting in your location including election specifics like registration, local voting laws, and candidate information.

You can submit your absentee ballot application today. Deadline is October 29th.

Proof of identification is now required for ALL VOTERS.

Polls will open on election day, November 5th at 6:30am and close at 7:30pm.
